Who we are

Jaden Services sells building, waterproofing and tiling supplies over the counter at Fairfield Heights and Prestons. We are a local business, not a branch of anything, and the people who answer the phone are the people standing next to the stock.

Most of our customers are waterproofers, tilers, plumbers and builders working across south-west Sydney. Plenty are homeowners doing a bathroom. Both get the same answer, which is usually a question or two about the job first.

Why there are no prices on this site

Trade pricing moves, and it is not the same for every customer or every quantity. Rather than publish a number that will be out of date or wrong for you, we would rather you ring the counter and get the real one, along with whether it is actually on the shelf today. It takes about as long as reading this paragraph.

There is no cart and no checkout here. This site is the catalogue; the transaction happens at the counter or over the phone. If it is easier to write than to call, send an enquiry and we will come back to you.

The buying guides

Every category on this site carries a guide written by the people behind the counter — how to tell apart two products that look identical on a shelf, which one suits which substrate, and where the cheaper option is perfectly fine. They exist because we answer the same questions all day, and the answers are worth writing down. There are more of them in advice and articles.
