Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is:

• Unused and in original saleable condition
• Accompanied by a receipt or online invoice
• Not a clearance item

Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Returns due to misuse, negligence, or missing or damaged parts will not be accepted. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, but we will happily assist with an exchange or store credit.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for their purpose.
