What this website is
This site is a catalogue of the products we stock. It is not an online shop. There is no cart, no checkout, and no payment facility. Orders are placed by phone or in person.
Prices and availability
We do not publish prices on this website. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, a quote, or a binding price. Ring the counter and we will confirm the current price.
Product listings describe what we ordinarily stock. Availability changes daily and a product appearing here is not a guarantee that it is on the shelf. Specifications, packaging and formulations are provided in good faith from manufacturer information and may change without notice. Where a product's correct use matters — as it does with membranes, sealants and adhesives — follow the manufacturer's current data sheet, and ask us if you are unsure.
Using the site
You may use this website to find products, read our guides, and contact us. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or extract the catalogue in bulk by automated means.
The enquiry form is for genuine enquiries about our products.
Purchases
Goods bought from us are covered by our refund policy and by the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee that applies under that law.

The text, product information, buying guides and images on this site belong to Jaden Services or to the manufacturers whose products we stock. Brand names and logos belong to their owners.
