Duram Multithane Y is a single pack, moisture curing, liquid applied polyurethane waterproofing membrane. It cures to a seamless, tough and durable Class III (high extensibility) elastomeric membrane. No mixing is required, and it self-levels at up to 1.2mm.

Suited to roofs, decks and balconies, and to tiled or covered areas such as retaining walls, planter boxes, podiums, structural slabs and door flashings. Multithane Y is formulated for non-UV-exposed applications: where it is left exposed it must be top coated with Duram Multithane ATC.
