Soudal Multibond SMX35 - Seal & Stretch 600mL

Multibond SMX35 Seal & Stretch is a high quality, neutral, elastic, one component sealant adhesive based on Soudal's SMX® Hybrid Polymer. It cures with moisture from the air, stays elastic after curing, and accommodates joint movement of ±20%.

It adheres to nearly all building substrates, even if slightly moist — brick, concrete, metals, treated timber, PVC and most plastics — and has good weather, UV and mould resistance. Paintable with water based systems. It contains no solvents, isocyanates, acids or halogens and has no odour.

• Sealing and bonding in building and construction
• Joints in bathrooms and kitchens
• Floor joints
• Elastic bonding in vibrating constructions

Features

• Movement capability ±20% (ISO 11600)
• Skin time approx. 10 minutes, cures 2–3mm per 24 hours (23°C, 50% RH)
• Hardness approx. 40 Shore A, elongation at break 400%
• Service temperature −40°C to +90°C; apply between 5°C and 35°C
• Prime porous surfaces with Soudal Primer 150; not for PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen or copper
