Multibond SMX50 Seal & Stick is a neutral, elastic and trafficable one-part SMX hybrid polymer sealant adhesive, black, in a 290ml cartridge. High grab for bonding without mechanical fixing, adheres to nearly all building surfaces even if slightly moist, and is paintable with water-based paints once cured. Isocyanate and solvent free. Skin time about 10 minutes, application 5 to 35 degrees C.
