Soudal Soudaseal FR Fire Rated Sealant 600mL

Soudaseal FR is a high quality, fire resistant, smoke tight, neutral, elastic one component joint sealant and adhesive based on SMX hybrid polymer. It cures with moisture from the air, stays permanently elastic, and bonds strongly to nearly all surfaces, even slightly wet ones. Colourfast, UV resistant and paintable, for interior and exterior use.

Use it for fire-retardant expansion and connection joints in construction, including prefabricated buildings and high-rise. Soudal has tested it to AS 1530.4 and AS 4072.1 in linear joints in Australian wall systems. The fire resistance level achieved depends on the joint configuration and dimensions — install it exactly as the test report describes, and confirm the detail with your fire engineer or certifier.
